Meet Our Team

Caroline joined Heartland as a Peer Support Specialist and Care Coordinator on the ACT Team. She is currently pursuing a degree in social work after many years working in the human services field. She is endlessly curious about people and has spent her career in roles that help people navigate some of life's hardest moments. She believes healing starts with connection, community, dignity and hope. 

Outside of her work at Heartland, she enjoys spending time with her son watching sports, going on adventures, and cooking. She also works as a birth and bereavement doula and when she is not attending births can often be found curled up with her cat, a good book and a cup of tea.
