We provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling to individuals who may be struggling with their mental health or who may have a mental illness.  We provide mental health evaluations and counseling. Things that may be addressed in a session could include, but not limited to, the following: anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis. These sessions may occur at the agency, home, jail, or school.

Our therapists specialize in trauma focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, adoption, art therapy, parent child interactive therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and motivational interviewing.

Substance Abuse Counseling

We provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling to individuals who may be struggling with substance abuse issues or other addictions.  We provide substance abuse evaluations and counseling. Things that may be addressed in a session could include, but not limited to, the following: cannabis, alcohol, methamphetamine, hallucinogens, prescription drugs, gambling, sex, and impulse buying.  These sessions may occur at the agency or school.
