Jamie Koenig
Jamie is one of Heartland’s School-Based Therapists, and she works with students ranging from Pre-K through Grade 12 in West Holt Public Schools in Atkinson. She graduated from Chadron State College with her undergraduate degree in social work in 2022, and she continued her education at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, where she graduated with a master’s degree in social work in 2024. Prior to becoming a member of the Heartland team, Jamie worked as a social worker at the MJF South Dakota Veterans Home, as well as at AseraCare Hospice. Jamie joined Heartland Counseling Services in September 2026.
