Michelle Hingst, LIMHP, PLADC
Michelle Hingst is a licensed independent mental health practitioner and a provisionally licensed alcohol drug counselor in the state of Nebraska. She graduated from Wayne State in November 2020 with a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Michelle has been at Heartland Counseling for three years and specializes in treating ADHD, ADD, depression, anxiety, trauma and co-occurring disorders. She uses trauma-informed techniques, CBT, DBT, and person-centered techniques. Michelle is certified in DBT and trauma informed care. She specializes in providing individual therapy to teens and adults via in person and Telehealth.
Michelle is married and has two grown sons. She also has five grandchildren and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family. Michelle is a lifelong resident of rural Nebraska and understands the barriers present with rural care.
