Rachel Tudehope

Rachel Tudehope

Rachel joined the Heartland team as a Peer Support Specialist on the ACT team in January of 2026. She received her BA in Developmental Psychology from Morningside University in December of 2025. Rachel has previously worked as a respite care worker, barista, CNA, window cleaner, and recently completed an internship with Neighborhood Services in Sioux City.

In her free time, Rachel in very involved in her community in a variety of ways. She has served as a member of the Alley Art Festival planning comity for several years, volunteers regularly for several organizations around Siouxland, and is a founding member of a small non-profit, The Nameless Project, aiming to aide individuals experiencing homelessness in Siouxland. She also enjoys creating art, working on house renovations, gardening, and reading with a cat on her lap.
