Meet Our Team

Taryn joins Heartland Counseling as a Care Coordinator, dedicated to supporting clients and ensuring that every person feels valued and cared for. A Siouxland native and graduate of Sioux City East, Taryn has served in many roles throughout the area, most recently in the South Sioux Community School District, where she was part of a dedicated team of paraprofessionals. Taryn feels a strong sense of community here in South Sioux and is proud to continue her work helping others at Heartland. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports, especially cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends. Her two dogs, Jack and Rooney, love to keep her busy.
