Marti Peters, MS, LIMHP, LADC, PCDGC
Marti has been employed at Heartland since 2014, serving as a Mental Health Practitioner and Substance Use Counselor. In January 2023, she was promoted to Clinical Supervisor. She co-facilitates the Intensive Outpatient Program and provides individual and group therapy services. Marti specializes in working with adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, including process addictions such as gambling. She is also an approved Registered Service Provider with Nebraska Probation.
A Nebraska native, Marti is a graduate of Wayne State College. She is married to Aaron and is actively involved in her local community. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Marti values time with her family. She is the mother of two children and has several grandchildren. In her leisure time, she enjoys camping, crocheting and spending time with family and friends.
