Noelle Rasmussen, PLMHP
Noelle joined our team in November of 2024 as a Life Center Case Manager and has since transitioned into her role as an Outpatient Therapist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Morningside University in 2022 and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in September of 2025.
Noelle enjoys working with a variety of clients and diagnoses, with a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing trauma and PTSD. She is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care while continuing to grow and develop as a mental health professional.
In her free time, Noelle enjoys spending time with family, reading, playing games, and hanging out with her dog siblings—12-year-old Sophie and 9-month-old Sergeant Squishy.
