This program provides wraparound services to adults 19 and older that are Nebraska residents that are struggling with severe persistent mental illness or substance abuse issues. We help gain access to community resources and offer assistance with learning problem solving skills; thereby, increasing confidence and breaking the negative stigma of mental health. This program helps individuals become connected to their community and improve natural supports.
